In the first photo, I was constantly worried about my weight, food, and how others viewed me. I had extreme body image issues. I gave so much power to those negative thoughts. I would only ever wear loose baggy tops that fully covered my stomach. I would struggle to find jeans that I felt comfortable in…half of the time I would resort to black leggings WITH tights underneath because I absolutely hated the way my legs looked. I let my self worth be dictated by my appearance.
I truly had zero self confidence and let my body make me feel like less of a person.
Fast forward to the next photo, I feel so sad for the past version of myself. I resent treating myself so poorly and looking down on myself. But without those low moments I would not be where I am today.
I was tired of struggling silently and not knowing how to take control of my health and fitness. I hired a fitness coach and with her help I learned the proper way to achieve the physique I wanted. I fell in love with treating my body with care, learning about nutrition, working out, and shifting my mindset. It became more than just the way I looked. It became about how I presented myself.
Now I can confidently wear jeans, be the girl wearing a crop top or tightly fitted shirt. But beyond the physical changes, I changed mentally for the better and learned to love my body at all stages because without it, I would have nothing.
It is okay for your fitness goal to be physical but along the way you will grow in ways you did not expect, just like me. I want to give you the same experience I have had and give you the freedom from the cycle and mindset you are in.

Online Programming - I provide structured workouts targeted for your goals and unique to you.
Nutrition Coaching - Personalized Nutrition Guidance
Accountability - Each week you will have a check in with me to keep track of your progress and discuss any barriers. You will also be able to directly contact me during anytime of the week so that you are never alone in the process.
Education - I have a resource library for my clients with TONS of info. in the form of video presentations, booklet guides, and handouts. These include: recipes, sample days of eating, tips for building habits, vacation tips, gaining awareness about your nutrition, the impacts of stress, the importance of sleep, etc. !!!!
